Citizen Science, a key component of the Open Science movement, is the focus of a landscaping project initiated by the Open Science team at Erasmus university in 2022-2023. This project serves to establish ongoing institutional support for civic engagement in research.
We now collaborate with EUR鈥檚 strategy on engagement 2030 and regional efforts to advance Citizen Science as part of the national Open Science programme. Our team currently facilitates (inter)disciplinary initiatives to raise awareness and build sustainable institutional capacity to support excellent civic engagement in research.
