People living in Rotterdam are unhappy.
For a number of years now, research shows that residents of the municipality of Rotterdam are among the least happy in the Netherlands. Professor Martijn Hendriks explains why this is and what we can do about it!
In general, people who live outside big cities in the Netherlands are happier. Except for young adults.
Start with yourself
Make sure your basic needs are met, don't compare yourself too much to others (via social media) and focus on what you do have.
Create an environment where you can be yourself and do things that intrinsically motivate you.
