Biography
Thomas Reindersma is postdoctoral researcher in the Health Services Management & Organisation research group at the Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management. His current research focuses on institutional change in mental health systems. Previously, he conducted doctoral research on the implementation of alternative payment and funding models for health and social care. His research is practice-focused and informed by theories of management and organization. He holds a bachelor's degree in Technology Management and a master's degree in Supply Chain Management. He previously held posts at the Faculty of Economics & Business and the Aletta Jacobs School of Public Health, University of Groningen, as research assistant.
