dr. TN (Tefera) Gebregziabher

Biography

I am interested in development studies, history and international relations of Africa, international political economy. The thematic areas of my research has so far been ideological basis of domination, civil-military relations, conflict and peacekeeping, migration and return migration. In my work I apply classical conceptulaisations of state/party/elite studies, long duree perspective of history and political economy. Before Joining the School of History, Culture and Communications, I have worked and affilated with the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of ÌÇÐÄÖ±²¥, Leiden University, Univesrity of Cape Town, the Nordic Africa Institute in Sweden and Institute for Social Research in Norway.
