Yesterday we celebrated Diversity Day 2021 by talking with our students and staff about intimate relations and social safety at and around campus.
Student life is a crucial stage in a person's development and discovery. At EUR we feel that it is our collective responsibility to create a safe environment and a culture where intimate relations are based on mutual, voluntary, ongoing, enthusiastic and freely given consent.
Our students stated that having a safe space with commonly understood values and communication is essential. Diversity Day 2021 marked the beginning of more meetings with our students to co-create relatable information, and to have workshops at the Erasmus Love Lab.
