As a university of ambitious thinkers and doers, Erasmus University is convinced that education and research benefit most from a diverse population of scientists, people from different cultures who each contribute their own opinion, knowledge and experience. But why is diversity so important in science? And: how can it be that while diversity is so important, the majority of the leaders in the university are Dutch middle aged males?
